Tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older and must be in the Province of Ontario at the time of purchase. This contest is not open to employees, Board Members, any person(s) involved in the conduct of the raffle, immediate family members of employees, or persons living under the same roof as an employee of Campfire Circle.
Ticket prices are 5 (five) tickets for $20 or 13 (thirteen) for $30 or 30 (thirty) for $50 or 89 (eighty-nine) for $100 or 300 (three-hundred) for $200.
Raffle contest period: Begins Wednesday, November 5. Ticket sales will close on Tuesday, November 19, 2:00 p.m. EST
Tickets will be sold online throughout the contest period.
There will be one draw time for the two prize packs of tickets which will take place live at Campfire Circle in Toronto, ON on Tuesday, November 19th at approximately 3 p.m. EST. The draw will be a random, electronic selection from all applicable ticket sales throughout the duration of the contest period noted above.
There will be two prize packs. Prize pack (A) includes two (2) tickets within a Box Suite (section to be disclosed closer to concert date) (valuing $3,500 per ticket - $7,000 total for two tickets). Prize pack (B) includes two (2) tickets within a Box Suite (section to be disclosed closer to concert date) (valuing $3,500 per ticket - $7,000 total for two tickets). The Box Suite will be a shared space with other guests. Travel costs incurred are not included.
Tickets will be available using an electronic raffle system supplied by Raffle Nexus software. After purchase confirmation, the purchaser will receive a confirmation e-mail with their registered raffle ticket number(s) from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw. Odds of winning dependent on total number of tickets sold. The winning number will be published on the Raffle Nexus (online sales portal) on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. The winner will also be contacted by phone. The ticket must be verified in person at 464 Bathurst Street. Toronto, ON M4T 2S6 (Office location).
Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, prize will be transferred to prize winner 24hrs before event date.
Any prize pack that is not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize money has still not been claimed, the prize money must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
By accepting the prize pack, the recipient agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, city, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph (if submitted) or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Campfire Circle by any manner, including print, broadcast, email or the internet.
Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Raffle. In the event the concert is postponed, winners will still receive tickets for postponed date. In the event the winners don’t claim their prize in time to go to the concert or the concert is cancelled, Campfire Circle will provide an alternative prize of equal value.
According to CRA Guidelines, tax receipts will not be issued.
